Canterbury Museum

The Canterbury Museum security system is maintained by Vision Systems.  The security system is responsible for securing the many priceless artefacts located within the Museum.

An integrated Concept 4000 intruder alarm and access control system is installed in Canterbury Museum which is managed via Insight Professional software.

A Bionics Thermal Camera People Counting system has been installed to more accurately reflect the number of visitors that attend the Museum.

A key component of the Canterbury Museum security system is an extensive closed circuit television system.  Vision Systems has recently installed an IOmnicient Video Analytics system whereby the closed circuit television system is used to create alarms when artefacts are interfered with.
