Vision Systems has installed an extensive security alarm system in the building that houses the censuses undertaken by New Zealanders over the past 100 years.

The Statistics New Zealand security system includes a Concept 4000 integrated Access Control and Intruder Alarm system.  The security system uses Insight Management software and has been installed to control activity throughout the site. This activity varies dramatically every five years when censuses of population and dwellings are carried out.
