Westfields

Vision Systems completed a major Access Control, Intruder Alarm and CCTV installation at Westfield’s Riccarton site.

A Concept 4000 system was installed to control site Access and the Intruder Detection devices. Insight Management software has been installed to provide the user interface into the Concept system. Insight Communicator has been added to ensure that alarms are transmitted to the on-site security personnel without delay.

An LG Digital Video Recorder system suite has been installed which control the many pan/tilt/zoom and fixed cameras that are located throughout the mall and the carparks.

This work was carried out as a part of a major redevelopment of the mall in which Vision Systems were required to work with a variety of stakeholders to achieve a successful conclusion including Westfields construction, mall management, the electrical contractor and the security consultant.
